Can I please get something for nothing!

Many practices (especially those not trained in the specialty of plastic surgery) offer ” minimally invasive procedures” that will take away years from the body and give new joy, vitality to life. The length of the procedures(note: not surgeries – ugly word) is promised as taking “an hour” and recovery is “a weekend”. They come with fancy names like ( I have to paraphrase to protect the guilty) “shape lift”, “living lift” and “relift the lift”. You get the picture. The idea is that an edifice can just as easily be held up by one beam as by a series . This is simply not the case as normal logic would correctly lead you to believe. The results of these procedures is unpredictable, uneven, and very short lasting. As the old saying goes: “you get out what you put in” , “reap what you sew”, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch” and “you can’t get something for nothing” you get the picture!
