A Money Saving Solution to Health Care Costs
I took a short break from blogging due to a busy schedule trying to keep pace with our economy and people's needs. Present concerns of most people centers around health care reform. We cannot have real reform without tort reform. The health care crisis comes down to lack of insurance for some people. Aside from those who do not choose to have insurance, the problem is cost of premiums and drugs. These costs have sky-rocketed because providing care or new drugs has become expensive due to liability for doctors and drug companies. Each group has to cover "all the bases" no matter how unlikely the event may be; and that my friends costs big time. I propose a very simple and expedient way to reform our tort system that can be initiated tomorrow: loser of the lawsuit pays all costs! That is too simple and too
practicle and too fair, and of course will never happen.
