Goal of Cosmetic Surgery

In the end the ultimate goal of cosmetic plastic surgery is to give a more satisfied feeling to people who already have relative self-confidence. To reach that goal the person entertaining surgery should have a realistic attitude as to what the procedure will accomplish. The results do not change the identity of the individual. Rather they enhance or return features that are present or tarnished (aged) respectively. If this is construed or viewed as looking younger then all the better! I think it mainly makes a person look more vital. Cosmetic surgery is for people who love to live.
